In this role, she serves as Head of Delegation for Tunisia in the WHO Regional Committee for the Eastern Mediterranean. As the decision-making body for the WHO Eastern Mediterranean Region, the Regional Committee provides a unique opportunity to reinforce WHO\u2019s role as the trusted global health authority and to share evidence-based health information on the region. Prior to her appointment, she provided training to health professionals in the private and public sectors on measures to protect against the spread of COVID-19. Previously, she was the Indigenous Healthcare Management Coordinator for the Ministry of Health. She contributed to reducing the health disparities between Indigenous Peoples and the majority population by providing access to primary healthcare, delivering cultural appropriate healthcare, and respecting Indigenous groups\u2019 right to maintain traditional medicines and health practices. The importance of reading to children is not well promoted to parents in most remote areas of China, including in Tibet Autonomous Region of China. In addition to publishing, he has set up a children\u2019s bookstore (including an online version), and partnered with the Public Library of Tibet Autonomous Region of China and with local influencers to read recorded versions of the books and spread them on social
